Apartment house with shops in rationally applied Art Nouveau manner with strongly articulated shapes. Three bay windows are dominant on the façade. There are terraces with openwork metal railing above the side bay windows, whereas, the middle one is crowned by high triangular gable. The impact of so called Heimatstil characteristic of German Art Nouveau architecture can also be traced in the artistic image of the building. The building is located within the ensemble of apartment houses between Elizabetes, Vīlandes, Vidus and Rūpniecības iela.
