Architect: Augusts Reinbergs

This 4-storey masonry residential building was the architect’s August Reinberg own residence, designed by himself in 1905. Various romanticized elements in historical styles and Art Nouveau sculptural details are balanced in asymmetrical composition of its façade. On the side façade facing the garden are inscribed the words “Arbait ist des Buergers Zierd” (Work is a man’s crowning glory).
