Apartment house with compositions designed close to the manner of Perpendicular Art Nouveau. The façades are saturated with fine and expressive ornamental reliefs. The plan of the building is a mirror image of the nearby building at Vidus iela 11. Along Vīlandes iela, part of the building is moved away from the street and the height is differentiated in conformity with the requirements of building regulations in Riga.
