Apartment house with shops – early monument of National Romanticism. On the façades surfaces of various textures alternate with red bricks and appliques of dark granite splinters. Metal lintels are exhibited above the window openings. There was an expressive frieze made of ethnographic ornaments on the parapet of the balcony. It was damaged during the repair works and later in 1973 it was destroyed entirely. The year of the construction of the building “1906” is inscribed on the finish of the first floor by using splinters of red bricks. In early 1990s it was painted out.
