There is a strong accent at the entrance of the building – dragons with wings beneath the bay window on elegant Art Nouveau façade of the building. Window openings are shifted by half a level by thus reflecting the internal layout of the building since these bay windows illuminate half-space landings. Modest sculptural ornaments fit well in the architecture of the façade. The building is adorned with various ornaments – stylised motifs of living beings and plants.
