The building is an elegant Art Nouveau accent within the outer perimeter of boulevards within the eclectic build-up area. Strongly articulated masses are crowned with several gables with contours in the shape of stylised German Renaissance, whereas, surfaces are adorned with decorative reliefs in the manner of ornamental Art Nouveau. Several spandrels are also decorated by similar reliefs. Each floor has a different arrangement of window openings depending on the size of apartments and their layout.
